Fluminis 2004

The 2004 Fluminis is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha Negra, and Carineña. All clusters were hand-picked and selected both in the field and again on the sorting table before being de-stemmed and slightly crushed upon entering the micro-stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation. The grapes were then fermented at 24ºC with soft punch downs performed three times a day over the 7 day period of maceration.

On the palate it is fresh with nuances of red and black fruit, slight minerality and soft oak tannins. Fluminis is an original wine that is complex and very round, to be consumed upon release or aged for five or more years.
