The Castillo-Serrano family’s meticulous care and respect for their vineyards is evidenced by their use of only organic fertilizers and pesticides, and by their strict selection process during harvest. The 2002 Clos Dominc Vinyes Baixes is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Picapoll Negre, Cariñena and Garnacha from both 100-year-old head trained vines and 20 year-old trellised vines. This wine has a limited production of just over 100 cases.
